In an effort to meet customers’ expectations of quality, AutoZone has implemented a proposal process for marketing vendors, and a Supplier Certification Program for merchandisers. The program is modeled to adhere to standard international quality assurance requirements but includes many AutoZone-specific requirements as well.
If you are unable to meet AutoZone’s requirements due to being a small and/or start-up company, don’t be discouraged from sending in your company information. AutoZone may be able to introduce your company to current suppliers with whom you may partner.
