quarter ended November 23, 2002, before market open on Thursday,
December 12, 2002. AutoZone will also host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders
and an investor conference at The Waldorf-Astoria in New York on
December 12, 2002, starting at 8:00 a.m. (EST). Steve Odland, Chairman,
President, and Chief Executive Officer will present the fiscal year 2002
