Brian Hannasch has been a director since February 2022 and was elected lead director in January 2025. He served as President and CEO of Alimentation Couche-Tard, which operates Circle K, one of the world’s leading fuel and convenience retailers, from 2014 to 2024. Mr. Hannasch joined Couche-Tard in 2001 and had served as Chief Operating Officer of Circle K before 2014.
